Where do you get that kind of ego? 1). “Raining Blood” and “The Number of the Beast” are classic songs by classic bands. Iron Maiden and Slayer are NOT satanists at all. 2). If you have such bad things to say about this game, why did you even allow your children(I’m assuming you have children) purchase this game? I think someone’s a hypocrite. 3). Don’t ever try to push your beliefs onto others. If you were a true Christian, you would know that Jesus tried to teach us to have an open mind. I know as, in fact I’m a Catholic. 4). Stop trying to put down other’s religions. “If you are a satanist, then you would feel right at home with this game.” Here’s a recommendation, SHUT UP!!! Nobody cares what you have to say. 5). Expose the Lies, Guitar Hero never lied about this game. So therefore you have nothing to expose. 6). For being so rightious, God will surely throw you in the lake of fire. I’m not sure at what point in the past Rock became synonymous with Satanic themes, but the makers of GHIII obviously feel they go hand in hand and seem to be pushing an agenda with this game.
SPOILER ALERT
The final set of songs takes place in hell where your band has been sent. You get to see the audience paying homage to the monster goat-like Satan as he sits on his throne behind the stage, all the while scantly-clad devil-girls dance by your side and imps are flying overhead.
Needless to say, as a Christian this is pretty offensive. This is in addition to several Satanic songs that require playing including “Number of the Beast” and “Raining Blood”.
If you have or come from a Christian family you may want to think twice about what you are exposing them to. Then again, if you are a Satanist you’ll feel right at home with this part of the game

First I’d like to preface this and say that I’m a HUGE GH2 fan. I play practically any game genre, I own all three next gen consoles and handhelds and in all honesty GH2 is in my top 2 favorite games of all time.
With that said I bought GH3 (w/o the guitar) and to say I was highly dissapointed and dissatisfied is an understatement…..
The good: absolutely nothing! EXCEPT from what I hear is that the guitar is better than RB or GH2.
The bad:
The songs. I’m not into metal / rock music but in GH2 I was exposed to a bunch of songs I’ve never heard before. Not only that but they were fun to play. And I actually bought many of them on Itunes. As for GH3, in my opinion, only 3 songs in total were remotely descent to play. Even songs that you think will be fun to play like welcome to the jungle, are not. Whoever chose these songs should be fired or is probably out there making Rock Band. When I played the campaign I found myself waiting for the song to finish already.
The difficulty was raised up. I play on hard and yes, it is harder but not impossible to finish a song. The only thing I’ll say about this is that it takes the fun away from the game
The graphics – although less cartoony, look worse that GH2 (I guess that crew is out making RB too!)
Only certain songs are able to be played in Co-Op.
Guitar battle – yet another addition that takes away from the game.
In closing, I don’t write many reviews. I have a busy life, and don’t have the time to write reviews. However I am so disappointed that I had to warn people like you NOT TO BUY THIS GAME! If anything rent it. The media feedback on GH2- on print and on podcasts has been overwhelmingly positive. After playing the game I have come to the conclusion that these people must have gotten exclusive deals / interviews, or are blind fan-boys. Believe me the SONGS ARE TERRIBLE AND THE GAMEPLAY IS BORING. BE WARNED SAVE YOUR MONEY RENT BEFORE YOU BUY!!!!

lmao expose the lie inspired me to write another review I just found it hilarious. obviously a stuck up parent who needs to get that thing out of there a$$. how can this be a satanist game if god himself is in this game? they put bands like Iron Maiden, Metallica, Slayer and Eric Johnson because there challenging songs to play on guitar not because there satanists. this game is a god send I listen to all types of rock music and everything is here. from punk, alternative, heavy metal and classic rock. They need variety or else it would make this game boring. I am not a huge fan of Slayer but it was great to see them in this game because it is a crazy song to play. as for the game its the best of the 3 and have a blast playing it I have been a fan since the beginning and will continue to support this game as long as they stay true to the formula.
